Former Hell

Il Former Hell (旧地獄 kyuu-jigoku o Precedente Inferno) è una regione dell'Underworld che fu abitata da anime molto tempo fa. A causa della sovrappopolazione gli Yama postarono l'inferno altrove perciò questo posto divenne un "Precedente Inferno", tuttavia molti evil spirit si trovano ancora qui da prima del trasferimento.

Situati in questo luogo ci sono il ponte, sorvegliato da Parsee Mizuhashi, la Former Capital e il Palace of Earth Spirits.

Non è dato sapere se questo luogo è connesso all'inferno di Touhou 1.
